Refund Policy for Sprint Events*
*Sprint Events are defined as those events which cover a duration less than 12 hours

Refund limitations:

Until 2 weeks prior to the event: 

• Credit towards another Adventure Junkie event (less $30 administration fee) or
• A refund can be made (less a $30 administration fee or 20% of the team entry whichever is bigger)
NB. You must inform us in writing (email is sufficient) before this time.
 
Less than 2 weeks prior to the event: 
• Credit towards another Adventure Junkie event (less $30 administration fee). Late fee is not refundable.
• Refund no longer available
NB. You must inform us in writing (email is sufficient) before this time.
 
Less than 48 hours prior to the event, or after Registration Closure:
 
• No refunds, no credits
 
In the event that the race is canceled due to extreme climatic conditions, no refund will be given. 

How to use your entry credit:

If you have an Adventure Junkie entry credit (as per our refund policy stated above) from one of our previous events, please send us a request when you want us to generate a discount registration code for you. This can be done via email, referring to the event where you obtained the credit and the team you require the credit for, and the name of the event in which you wish to use the credit. We will then generate the code that you need to use during online registration. This process will generate the discounted entry. Please make sure to use the code only once.
 
Entries credits are fully transferable if there are more than two weeks left to the event. If less than two weeks are left, you can still make changes to your team category and change team members, although it is highly advisable to do it as much in advance as possible. In exceptional circumstances, it is still possible to make changes during event registration. 

How to use your discount certificate:

If you have discounted entry certificate (given as a prize at a previous Adventure Junkie event), please send us a request to generate a discount registration code for you. This can be done via email and must state the event where you obtained the certificate, the team you require the credit for, and the name of the event in which you wish to use the credit. We will then generate the code that you need to use during online registration. This process will generate the discounted entry. Please make sure to use the code only once.
 
All discount certificates must be redeemed within 12 months of the race where they were awarded.
